As part of the service, Login Legal Experts will send a request to the Office for Foreigners (UDSC) and/or the Central Technical Authority of the National Information System (COT KSI), e.g. on legalization of stay, extradition, appeals, data contained in the Schengen Information System. After consulting and signing the power of attorney, the team complements the documentation and contacts the aforementioned authority or authorities depending on the client’s needs.
