A person may apply for a permanent residence permit if:
• is a child of a foreigner who has been granted a permanent residence permit or a long-term resident’s EU residence permit under his/her parental authority;
• is the child of a Polish citizen under his/her parental authority;
• is of Polish origin and intends to settle permanently in the territory of the Republic of Poland;
• has been married to a Polish citizen for three years and meets the conditions set forth in the Act;
• is a victim of human trafficking;
• immediately before submitting the application, resided for a specified period of time in the territory of the Republic of Poland;
• holds a Pole’s Card and intends to settle permanently in the territory of the Republic of Poland;
• received asylum in Poland, etc.
During the appointment, you must submit a completed application, four current color photos, photocopies of all pages of the passport and a confirmation of payment, as well as documents confirming the circumstances indicated in the application.
Along with the submission of the application, an administrative fee of 640 PLN must be paid.
The decision may be appealed to the Head of the Office for Foreigners through the Voivode within 14 days from the delivery of the decision.
