Foreign nationals who are citizens of Member States of the European Union or the European Economic Area may undertake business activities on the same principles as Polish citizens. The same rights apply to certain family members of citizens of the European Union Member States and other persons specified in the Act of March 6, 2018 on the principles of participation of foreign entrepreneurs and other foreign persons in trade on the territory of the Republic of Poland. Other foreigners may conduct business activities only in certain forms, i.e., limited partnership, limited joint-stock partnership, limited liability company, simple joint-stock company and joint-stock company, as well as join such companies and take up or acquire their shares, unless international agreements provide otherwise.
We offer counseling related to starting and running business activities in Poland. We specialize in helping foreigners who want to obtain a residence permit on the basis of running a business on the territory of Republic of Poland.
