Most often such a decision is issued together with a ruling prohibiting re-entry into the territory of Poland and other Schengen countries.<br \/>\nArticle 302 of the Act on Foreigners of December 12, 2013 specifies in detail 16 premises for issuing a decision obliging to return. The withdrawal of the re-entry ban must be effected by way of an administrative decision upon a written request of the foreigner. For this purpose, it is necessary to appoint an attorney in the territory of Poland, who on behalf of the foreigner will: apply for revocation of the prohibition of re-entry and pay the general stamp duty, as well as receive and transmit to the foreigner a reply in this matter.
